Selection Candidates
Procedures of selection of candidates consists of electronic and mass media advertising, prelimi- nary screening out of available data bank/ fresh inputs, preliminary interviews and short listing by us and final interviews by representatives of the Employer. The selection is undertaken based on the direct personal assessment of the Managing Director and different Consultants who are experts in their respective fields and as a rule the final selection of super professionals are left in the hands of the prospective Employer.

Trade Testing
Trade test both theoretical and practical are conducted by competent government recognized testing institutions and a committee consisting of the professionals, experts and instructors at the respective trade testing institutions. The tests include theoretical knowledge including knowledge of language, identification of equipment and material used and practical details of trade workmanship. In certain special cases such as equipment operator, mechanics, heavy welders etc. the trade testing is done in recognized technical training institutes handling and using identical machineries. Provisions are made for the overseas principal or his authorized representatives to do the final trade/ skill testing of that category of workers.
Medical Check Up
A medical board, consisting a psychiatrist, conducts check-up of selected candidates. Candidates are sent to the doctor/ hospital/clinic nominated by the embassy of the respective country which are also government approved and obtaining a comprehensive medical report to suit the requirements of individual countries.
Orientation
An orientation is conducted for selected workers before departure. It orients them to maintain understanding and cordiality among themselves, overcoming barriers of nationality, language and culture and above all to abide by the laws of the land of their employment. It enables them to maintain a good Employer – Employee relationship under all circumstance. They are motivated to per- form their duties diligently before everything else and that a super performance would bring them the envisaged benefits and results.
